Another attempt to make a readable font narrower than Arial Narrow. I am basing the letters on ovals now, to try to make them easier for my eyes to deal with at small sizes. Works well at size 9. Arial Narrow is still better than this at size 8.

Here is an extended version of my Atemayar Rigid Script. This script has taken me years to get to the point where it is. It is incomplete however I figured I would release it with the current list of characters that I have created. While I plan to complete it, it will be some time before this is achieved so please bear with me as life tends to get in the way sometimes.
I began this font August 31, 2017, and I'm releasing it 30 days short of its 2 year anniversary.
Based off the original alphabet of Atemayar Qelisayér featured on Omniglot created by Simon Halfdan Hvilshøj Andersen. Credit for all the original characters of this alphabet goes to him, as well as credit for inspiration. Some characters in this alphabet are wholly original to this font (most are not however), these are inspired wholly by the original Atemayar alphabet in one way or another.
I truly and sincerely hope you enjoy, this font is made for all to enjoy and to spread such a beautiful alphabet to be used for all languages and all writing systems. I love Atemayar more than any existing writing system, I take all my notes in it, and I wish that Simon Halfdan Hvilshøj Andersen's alphabet will be spread around the world and used by many.
The alphabets can be categorized into groups based on the following criteria:
- Pseudo-Atemayar: shares no letters with Atemayar, but appears similar
- Semi-Pseudo-Atemayar: shares a few characters with Atemayar, but overall still looks like its base alphabet and can't be read by Atemayar users
- Modified Atemayar: Follows all/most of the same letters as Atemayar, however has added or modified letters as well
- Classic Atemayar: Original Atemayar alphabet without change
The alphabets' classifications are as follows:
Basic Latin: Classic (except X, which is a ligature of K and S)
Punctuation (all except . , : ; ? ! ... " '): Modified
More Latin: Modified
Extended Latin B: Modified
Extended Latin A: Modified
Greek & Coptic: Modified
Cyrillic: Modified
Arabic: Modified (reversed letters)
Devanagari: Modified (line above letters)
Georgian: Semi-Pseudo
Armenian: Semi-Pseudo
Katakana: Modified
Hebrew: Modified (reversed letters) ***Incomplete***
Hangul: Pseudo ***Incomplete***
Bopomofo: Modified (dots above letters, ligatures)
Thai: Pseudo ***Incomplete***
IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS FONT IS NO LONGER BEING WORKED ON. I HAVE A BIGGER FONT TO WORK ON FOR THE TIME BEING.
YOU ARE FREE TO CLONE AND FINISH THIS FONT IF YOU WANT.
Finally done. Phew! It took two days to make this. This is a full collection of 5×7 Dot Matrix characters as seen on many devices, like Texas Instruments calculators. A lot of these are custom. Sources include TI-83, TI-86, TI-89, Casio Monochrome Graphing Calculators, Casio fx-115ES PLUS, and the rest, I created them myself. I included fractions for those themes on Microsoft Office don't have matching "1/3" and other fractions with the "1/4", "1/2", and "3/4". The fullwidth characters are substitutes for the other characters in the regular style, such as the math "x" and "y" from Casio.
Please note that character sets like Arabic and some Math Operators are beyond 5×7 pixels. If you want to know why? Because Arabic is very big and if I put it all in 5×7 pixels, the text will look weird, won't really fit inside, and there would be no point to it. I left it as is. Roman Numerals cannot fit if you were doing the "VIII" character, for example.
Enjoy!
8/28/2019: Font created.
1/7/2020: Added characters in the following form: Fullwidth and Halfwidth are used for making TI-73 Explorer characters, plus actual monospace setting characters. Note that Runic, Tagalog, and Hanunoo are replaced with character variants. The last variation of a character is from Minecraft's font. The fractions are also changed to level the line spacing. The wide "M" is never ever for use on Monospacing.
1/8/2020: More variations are added, extended to replace Buhid. I also added other math symbols and more. To type x̄, press unicode shortcut and type 01b2. To type ȳ, press unicode shortcut and type 01b3. I also added over a hundred, or two hundred, more characters to stock up on the font. Oh and I changed the filters to separate the pixels for a more pixel and retro look. Also fixed the spacing on the "Щ" character.
9/8/2020: Added a bunch of more characters to the font set.
8/25/2023: fixed the license so that the download works now.
Carthage Sans LKE is an expanded version of my Carthage Sans font, which in itself is a reimagining of Apple's Espy Sans 12 bitmap font. It aims to cover as much as possible of the Latin, Cyrillic, and Greek blocks of the Unicode standard (thus the initials -- "Latina, Kirilitsa, Elleniki"). I'm open to expanding it to any of the other scripts Unicode covers, but I have little to no personal experience with most other alphabets; if you'd like to contribute, I'd particularly be interested in Arabic, Devanagari, Katakana, Hiragana, Armenian, and Hangul. (I would like to add Hebrew as well, but it's hard to get the diacritics right in what's essentially a pixel font. We'll see.) The current status as of 10/28/2015 (the date of initial publication):
-Latin: all of Latin-1, Latin Extended-A, and "Even More Latin"; Latin Extended-B is missing some characters that seem to be mostly either phonetic notation or obsolete.
-Greek: All Greek characters supported by FontStruct. If you need some of the ancient dialect characters like Pamphylian digamma, they're now in the GitHub version; polytonic will appear there as well, if anyone asks for it. Basic Coptic support is there, although I tried to fit it into the Espy Sans aesthetic rather than trying to duplicate the Byzantine-Egyptian traditional style.
-Cyrillic: Still a work in progress, but all Slavic languages using Cyrillic characters should be covered. The main holdup is Abkhazian, which is spoken by just over 110,000 people in the world and also has one of the longest alphabets in the world; I have no idea how many of them would be interested in this, so it hasn't been a huge priority. (Besides, the PT family from Russia's Paratype is excellent and far better than I could do with most Cyrillized languages.) I've emphasized support for several languages, the most important being Vietnamese (75 million speakers deserve some support no matter how tedious it is to do so).
I've also added characters for Old Irish, Old Church Slavonic, and Icelandic. There's a number of characters used in pan-African linguistics I am not sure if I need or not; they'll get filled in eventually alongside the Cyrillic, but how fast I have no idea.

I am deeply indebted to Keith Martin (@thatkeith on Twitter), formerly of the UK MacUser magazine, and his Espy Sans Revived project for a reference for the original letter bitmaps; Carthage is entirely my work but it's hard to find Espy Sans specimens in the wild, and his work is probably the best.

Inspired by a comment by jonrgrover.
I built diamonds sized according to the Fibonacci series, then made a segmented display out of them. The design was then carved away to make the glyphs you see here. I used the members 1, 2, 3, 5, and 8. These sizes proved most feasible to work with in this sort of arrangement.
I gave the terminals a flared appearance which I think makes the glyphs look slightly Celtic. The design also makes me think of beach sand and things found on the beach - shells, pretty rocks, and so on.

WEIRD UPSIDE-DOWN CYRILLIC LETTERS THAT NOBODY’S HEARD OF!!
IT’S ALL HERE IN MY NEW FONT — ALDRON.
I THOUGHT THAT THIS FONT NEEDED MORE ATTENTION THAN THE ONE THAT I CLONED IT FROM, WHICH WAS MADE IN A COUPLE OF HOURS. AS WELL AS ADDING THE LATIN AND GREEK ALPHABETS, I MADE A FEW ADDITIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS TO THE CYRILLIC LETTERS AS WELL AS SPACING. AND UNLIKE ITS PREDECESSOR, THIS ONE IS KERNED.
IT WAS QUITE A DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE, ACTUALLY, ADAPTING A CYRILLIC FONT FOR LATIN INSTEAD OF VICE VERSA.

Version 1.2 Fixed Lowercase "l"
Just in case anybody wanted a small, serifed, pixel-sharp font with personality and figure (old-style) numerals, I whipped this up... then overachieved, perhaps. It has full Latin-1 and Latin Extended-A support, extended punctuation, most Greek, and as much Cyrillic as I could justify working on. It also has some Roman numerals, many arrows, and a few other random things.
If anyone out there actually wishes to use this for setting anything with Greek or Cyrillic alphabets, please let me know if I've made any terrible errors or if more characters are desired. I know better than to trust my typographical sense for alphabets I don't use in an actual language context!
Ashlander Pixel is a pixelated version of "Goudy Medieval". Born out of a deep love for Bethesdas "The Elder Scrolls"-series and typography this font not only supports the latin, greek and cyrillic alphabet, but also contains a variety of special symbols related to The Elder Scrolls.
I suggest using the ttf-format for now as the spacing in the otf-format is for some reason totally off. I optimized this font using InDesign, therefore the kerning in some other programs might not work as intended.
I am happy to hear feedback on this font and any issues you might encounter.
May the Nine be with you.
Presenting... Ari-W9500 - a complete pixel font family with multiple weights & styles.
This is basically pixelated Arial. Nothing interesting, really. The font is heavily inspired by the pixelated font used in Microsoft's Windows 95. The project was originally meant to be an improved and revamped version of the popular W95FA pixel font.
With more than 1600 glyphs, the font can support a wide range of languages (primarily supports Latin, Greek and Cyrillic).
The alternative glyphs of all the font styles included in the family are stored in the "Braille Patterns" Unicode block.
=================================
Extra context:
For those who are wondering, Ari-W9500 began under construction BEFORE Roguewas even planned. After done publishing Rogue, I just wanted to finish this project up and move on.
=================================
The entirety of the Ari-W9500 font family (6 styles):
• Ari-W9500 Display (Extra-bold)
=================================
Future plans:
Looking forward to adding Hebrew support soon.
Due to technical difficulties, I WILL NOT be making italic versions for the styles.
=================================
If you see any glyphs in the font that's incorrectly designed, please tell me by commenting.
Feel free to clone the project and add additional language support (e.g.: CJK, Thai, Arabic, Devanagari) as you wish.

Thanks for enjoying this moment with me.
This is another clone of Monkey (my monospace lanky font); it should be very similar to the original except for the lower x-height and the added accented characters (More Latin/Latin-1, Latin Extended A, Latin Extended B, and now Even More Latin/Latin Extended Additional). It is 16 blocks tall and 6 blocks wide; all letters without diacritics are at most 9 above the baseline and at most 3 below, but the accents push the height of a letter up by 3 blocks (or rarely 4), and the box drawing characters extend even higher, to 16 blocks from descender to the highest point. This font uses the FontStruct 2x2 filter method with plenty of composite and stacked bricks, which lets the curves look good at large sizes while remaining sharp on the screen at normal sizes. Mandrill will look strange in the FontStruct preview if you zoom in or out, but if you download it, it will look sharp at size 16 or 12 (depending on the program).
This is a clone of MonkeyFrom the Final Fantasy Advance and DS games. Specifically the final version, from FFIV DS. I tried to make it compatible with all languages that use Latin, Cyrillic, and Greek scripts. Plus Japanese Hiragana and Katakana.
If you see problems, let me know.
CHANGES FROM IN-GAME ORIGINAL:
•Added additional letters and diacritics.
•Changed the circumflexed letters to use actual circumflexs instead of inverted breves, so I could add breved letters.
•Used half-pixels to center diacritics over letters.
•Made some diacriticized letters more consistent.
Strictly 8x16/8x8 monospaced arcade-style font inspired by Old Church Slavonic manuscripts and Cyrillic vyaz majuscules. Designed for all-lowercase body text with occasional all-caps headers, as in historical manuscripts- but works well with mixed caps.
500+ glyphs, including extensive support for accented Latin letters, world currency symbols, and custom Roman numerals, along with assorted dingbats and multiocular O scribal glyphs used in Old Church Slavonic in text referencing eyes.
Support for majuscule punctuation, more non-Latin scripts, and more extended Latin & dingbats possibly upcoming.
If you know any of the non-Latin scripts included, please let me know of any gaps/accuracy or legibility issues!
Changelog:
1.3.0 - Now with (basic) Greek support!
1.3.1 - Finished punctuation, archaic, & diacritical Greek glyphs
1.4.0 - Russian/Ukranian Cyrillic support + small dingbat additions
1.4.1 - Most Early Cyrillic glyphs added
1.4.2 - Old Church Slavonic support should be finished
Armenian support in progress...
To-do:
Bulgarian/Macedonian/etc. Cyrillic support
Armenian, Georgian, Coptic support
African, Cherokee, and Canadian Aboriginal script support
Hebrew support
