This gothic pixel beauty is the original dialog font used in the little-known SNES eroge RPG Knights of Xentar, or Dragon Knight III in Japan.
I tried to recreate this font based on a character set I found on http://agtp.romhack.net/ and various screenshots, yet I never played the game itself. Nonetheless, the font comes with the most common diacritic variants, and I also added countless additional characters and dingbat symbols.
The base font size and recommended setting for Xentype is 16pt and multiples of that. Use metric kerning and no additional smoothing effects for ultimate gothic pixel performance.
Knights of Xentar on PC DOS, known as Dragon Knight III in Japan, was developed by ELF Corporation and released by Megatech Software in 1995. It was originally released on the NEC PC-8801 and various other systems in 1991.
~ Xentype - created by Caveras after the original font used in Knights of Xentar for PC DOS. ~This is a clone

I am a first year student at the University of the West of England. Our first project this year was to design a typeface based around a word of our choosing. I opted for ‘Pompous’, as it stood out to me from the list. During the project I visited Bristol Cathedral several times, and spent time in and around Bridgwater, looking at anything that I found to be pompous, such as cast-iron work and Baroque architecture. My final design is influenced by Gothic typefaces and raised lead tombstones/plaques. The name ‘Delectatio Morosa’ is Latin for peevish delight, which I discovered whilst looking at different Latin phrases.

A quick, half-assed attempt at a pixellated version of one of my favorite fonts, Century Gothic.

My first fontstruct pixel font. A generic gothic typeface with modern and slighly tech nuances visible in the width of the caps.
Enjoy!

I tried to do some kind of a fraktur font with pixels. And this is the result. I hope you like it.

This is as close as it gets to my personal handwriting! I don't write in lower-case :o)
