Presenting to you... BANDAI JAPANESE! Home of the font branch!
The font includes a complete set of hiragana and katakana characters. Even though I managed to see Famicom Jump by NBABABAFONTNES, and I created this one even more super duper better! Since I don't have time to make Hiragana Fonts and Katakana fonts! Here are the similarities to this font: Dragonball 3: Gokuuden, Saint Seiya: Ougon Densetsu, Saint Seiya: Ougon Densetsu Kanketsu Hen, Devilman, Dragon Ball: Daimaou Fukkatsu and Dragon Ball: Shenlong no Nazo (or in Translated: Dragon Ball: Mystery of Shenlong), and Famicom Jump: Eiyuu Retsuden, (except Devilman for Namco).
I'd like to say I branching on the video game font because all of the bandai games are japanese, so I did like to recommed this font to all of you for the best luck, similar to MMRock9.
The "Bandai Japanese" Font was created on Thursday, 19 January, and finished on Monday, February 13.
Download this font so you can see this wonderful font typing!
Inspired by the RoboCop movie logos -- Outline Version. Now includes full character set. For Solid Version, see the "Alex Murphy Solid" font; for dingbats of OCP logos, see the "Alex Murphy Dings" font. Type "RoboCop" into the View-User Input option to try it out!
July 31, 2021 update: Font at version 2.0. Diagonals and lowercase crossbars were thickened, and diagonals now cross into the vertical strokes. Now more movie accurate than ever!
Recreation of the pixel font used in Capcom's "Tiger Road" (1987). Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.
[edit] added additional characters that were originally missed from the tileset (but aren't used in the game)
"This is Solid Snake. Respond, please." Recreation of the font from Konami's classic "Metal Gear" (1987) on the NES. Only the characters used in the game (and present in the ROM) have been included - if you need some missing special character, I'd suggest combining it with my Nintendoid 1 or 2.
Update 4/5/2018: fixed code point for the quotes and double exclamation mark; added the carriage return, box drawing elements and copyright symbol; removed the incorrect em-dash and vertical pipe.
Recreation of the pixel font from the arcade version of Konami's "Contra" (aka "Gryzor", 1987). Identical to "Time Pilot '84" (1984), but with modified/expanded punctuation and special characters. Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.
This is a clone of Time Pilot '84Not to be confused with the 1990 Game Font, Wagyan Land 2
This is a clone of Space Time-Hero: Legend DebiasClone of Alex Murphy Solid. Inspired by the RoboCop movie logos, this version is specially spaced to line up in combination with the "Alex Murphy Outline" font for graphic design purposes (Inset + Outline). As always, for dingbats of OCP logos, see the "Alex Murphy Dings" font.
August 10, 2021 update: Font at version 2.0. Diagonals and lowercase crossbars were thickened, and diagonals now cross into the vertical strokes. Now more movie accurate than ever!
This is a clone of Alex Murphy SolidRecreation of the pixel font from Tokuma Shoten/Telenet Japan's "Valis" (aka "Mugen Senshi Valis", 1987) on the Nintendo Famicom.
The font includes an almost complete set of hiragana, as well as a handful of katakana characters. In the tile set, the dakuten and handakuten are separate tiles, positioned in a line above their respective character. In this recreation, characters that use them are pre-combined into a single glyph.
Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.
Welp, no more time to make japanese fonts, I'm so very bored at making japanese fonts.
Presenting Irem's Spelunker II Released in 1987, which was Licensed from Broderbund.
This is a clone of Splatterhouse: Wanpaku Graffiti (FC)Presenting Namco's Space Time-Hero Debias released on November 27, 1987. This is originally created by a mistake of NBABABAFONTNES, so i decided to recreate it. If you download this font, you are typing it with power. If you clone this font, it's ok. You are allowed to. Comment something about it folks.
Recreation of the alternate font used in the (often hated) "Castlevania II - Simon's Quest" (1987) by Konami on the NES. This font is used for the dialog boxes and the inventory "multi-screen". Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.
Recreation of the pixel font used in Sega's "Wonder Boy" (1987) on the Master System. Slightly expanded, but for the most part only the characters present in the game ROM have been included.
Updated 2 December 2018: referring back to the game ROM, corrected the "Q", "K", "J", "X", "/", comma, heart, "7" (swapping it for the one used in game, rather than on the title screen), and added the missing "!" and dash/minus. Also included the two lowercase "a" and "e" characters used for "escape" on the title screen.
