This project has changed my view of type by being patient and to really think about how the typeface will be protrayed in a product. My typeface reminds me of an "old-school" videogame. I had alot of fun with this project because I got familier with the tools in this program very quickly. I hope you enjoy my font, Funky Pixels!
An experiment -- Half-tone uses dots, so why not replace dots with pixels? Thus, Half-Pixel Arcade was born.
This is a clone of The Video Arcade Game FontA seemingly unique rendition of the classic arcade font used in an episode of Ben 10. I've recreated it here since I couldn't find an exact match anywhere.
Some characters that didn't appear in the episode (mostly numbers and punctuation) have been invented by myself to fill it out a bit.
This is a recreation of a raster font from a real Pac-Man machine with modified symbols. Currently, it has American and some European characters. This is good enough for a retro feel, useful for gaming and might be used for personal or commercial purposes. I've attempted to transform to a rounded character font. Hope you like it!
