This font idea popped into my head when I came across this YouTube video about segmented displays. The "X-O" LCD idea was the most fascinating to me and I challenged myself to try remaking it... and ended up completely revamping it to include "lowercase" letters, and improve legibility (for the most part)

This font atempts to represent letters that look like what is called the "God's Eye" yarn project for children, which has to do with winding colorful yarn around two crossed sticks. I've decided to double the size so that the X and T have the same internal dimensions.

I keep experimenting with crosses to make a 'Christian' font. This is my third or fourth attempt. The letters are nicely shaped but they don't seem bold enough. Make them bolder and they would have all sorts of interesting irregularities. I also might try serifs. I like the serifs on the 'I'.

A typeface meant to be simplistic yet with a strong personality. The initial inspiration came from crosses and wire. I was also inspired by the overall theme of the horror genre in gaming and how their title fontypes look. Though simple did prove to be a challenge (haha).

Designed for display text.

The lower case has an extra cross in the centre of each glyph, making them reminiscent of the coat of arms of the city of Amsterdam. 'Singel' is the outermost canal of the historic city centre.

This is a font made up of the cipher used by the templars of unkown time, the cpher and key were found in paris around the 13th centrurey. http://freemasonry.bcy.ca/texts/templars_cipher.html

Inspired by the word 'dangerous' I have created a fontstruction based upon voodoo, ouija boards and back words writing. The font tends to include different shapes for instance 'crosses', some of these shapes have been inspired by typeface designer, Rudolf Koch 'book of signs'.

***Did you see the HORNS?***

Playing around with octagonal shapes. One child of this phase was "Zapotek", which Xenophilius mentioned completely right. Another one, beside some others , is this one. Somewhere in the back of my head this is inspired by the wonderful "fs Kronos" by will.i.ૐ. Not so much in it's look, but in it's heroic, oldfashioned feel. The feel it's purpose is decorating an epic fantasy novel :) I hope the upcoming sample can make this clearer. Enjoy

A cross-stitch font that looks like an old CRT at pixel sizes. Decorative caps in the "more latin" section. Cross stitch "background" on the underscore character (shift it a bit up and left) and some dingbats in the punctuation.

The Cross-spider-Font! Another Filter-Fontstruction (1.7). The intention was to create a modern, geometric headline-font with a unique touch. At the beginning only a few letters (like A, D, O) had the cross on them, but then I decided to use this element for the whole font. Hope you like it, take a look at the example.
