A recreation of the typeface used for the titles of the film Sneakers, evidently inspired by the MICR aesthetics, filtered through the over-the-top flair of arcade video-games graphics.
Only |J|Q|Z| are done from scratch, but most letters still needed some interpretation in order to choose what to keep as a detail and what to discard as just an artefact.
As per the samples available, it's just uppercase (plus the lonely lowercase |c|).
It is possible that the original wasn't a pixel font after all, or that the pixels weren't square, and probably it had a higher resolution than 13×13.

This is a clone of SRD MissionClone of The Video Arcade Game Font. The ubiquitous video game font standard, likely designed by Lyle Rains of Atari; first used in 1976's "Sprint 2" by Atari, and then on until well into the 1990s. Used by most video arcade game companies, including (but not limited to): Namco, Williams Electronics, Irem, Atari, Konami, Bally-Midway, Taito, Nintendo and Sega. The lower case characters are from several Atari video arcade games from 1984-1987. Plenty of alternate characters -- variations used in conjunction with the standard font, all selected from a variety of MAME32 game roms.

This is a clone of RygarRecreation of the font used in Capcom's "Ghouls 'n Ghosts" (1988). As some of the characters used a subtle amount of antialiasing in the game, this is a slightly reinterpreted version that contains some artistic liberty, particularly in the special characters. Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included. Note the heart, which has been mapped to "heavy black heart" (U+2764), and the !! "double exclamation mark" (U+203C).
