A pretty much full set with a lot of the additional latin charachters. I love Deco Style so I tried to model it after some other fonts I had seen. Let me know what you think.

Based on letters I saw in some fashion magazine many years ago. I found an old note with my hand-drawn sketches of it the other day, and realized it would be perfect for FontStruct. Based on a simple 3x6 grid and very few brick-shapes. Kind of organic and playful letters anyway..

VIKING is a false-historical font evolving from Elder Futhark Runes. This runic typeface is based upon the ancient Germanic symbols later adapted by the Goths, Anglo-Saxons, Vikings, The Third Reich, and within Fantasy genera, depicted as Dwarven Runes.
ELDER VIKING is almost an exact interpretation of Elder Futhark plus a few extra characters corresponding as a best fit to the basic 26 upper-case Latin characters.
MIDDLE VIKING is the second generation evolution Rune based upon Elder Futhark. Designed as a semi-cryptic, visually interesting type but intended to be almost-readable as a Latin equivalent (unlike ELDER VIKING), MIDDLE VIKING contains numeric runes and basic punctuation.
YOUNGER VIKING is the third generation rune type which is a fully modern interpretation of Elder Futhark. YOUNGER VIKING, a.k.a. "SPACE VIKING" contains all upper and lower-case fonts as well as numbers and various punctuation.

Now that I'm more savvy in the ways of FontStruct, and that nudging has been introduced, I'm revisiting my magnum opus but this time on a smaller grid and with real curves. I have also designed special small caps.

My first Fontstruction for Typography I at DMACC in Ankeny, Iowa. My initial concept was a thin, tall, Art Deco-ish font. The Wi'gls came about when I was stumped on the "M". I think the Wi'gl adds a unique visual theme to the font. Please provide feedback - both positive and negative. Thanks!

This typeface is the response to the word order. I was influenced by Art Deco design, as well as the form of grids. It was developed by hand using a ruler and pen, experimenting with spacing and curves. The same shapes and angles are used right throughout, lending to the idea of an ordered typeface.
Inspired by the open air experienced by wingmen, more commonly known as pilots. This futuristic typeface was designed to break open at the stems of each character, allowing each letter to feel wide and open.

The first iteration of an ongoing font project: Kathryn is an elegant and readable pixel font. It balances masculine base anatomy with feminine sensibilities, making it a versatile and unique font choice. Discretionary serifs serve the dual purpose of assisting spacing and giving the font personality. Since Kathryn started from fairly conservative pieces, it can be scaled to very small sizes and retain readability.
A stripped-down, non-decorative version will follow soon after this release, as well as a light version. Once the pixel versions are finished, a smooth high-res remake will be made.

My first font! I wanted to design a font based off an art deco style, and added in some flair with peacock feathers.
