A low-tech display type inspired by the digital age of tactical espionage. { for Call alert. } for Codec PTT sound meter.
Some people may think I'm carving a niche for this kind of font style. Some people may say "Oni, m'colleague, why don't you branch out and challenge yourself?"
I'm lazy, and I like this font style. So here's another one.
Prévenir is based on repair prevention techniques in our devices - how proprietary screws are locking us out of being able to look inside and fix our things- creatinga physical seal. The idea of the typeface is to take a bitmap font, where the building blocks are easily visible and understandable, made pixel by pixel, and then add a 'seal' by making all the edges curved, obscuring the font making process.
The name 'Prévenir', french for prevention is a play on 'Avenir' a font used by Apple - a company widely known for their repair prevention strategies.

This is a clone of Fade of the Second Generationuniversell verwendbare 9-Punkt-Schrift als Kachelschrift / universally applicable 9-dot writing as tile font / by Alexander Fakoó www.fakoo.de/fakoo
This is a clone of Fakoo lowquadThis font is designed to look as if each character was on a digital clock. However, I will make it clear that this font is NOT a 7-segment display font. It is modeled after the STYLE of a seven-segment display, but I tried to make each glyph distinct, which would not be possible with a 7-segment font. (for example H&K, A&R, I&l&1 and B&8&θ)
I still (sometimes) stuck to the seven-segment format for most characters (like digits 1-9) but the font still truly isn't a 7-segment font.
I also TRIED to make it a monospace font (you can see that the Ms and Ws are squished) but for all of that small punctuation, it just wasn't too feasible.
I will hopefully add 10 glyphs per day (random glyphs) until all available fontstruct glyphs are complete, but this will not always happen.
Feel free to comment, make suggestions, download, and build upon! Have a great day!
Work-in-progress, but enjoy as is. :)
