This is not exactly the Unicode version, but it is also a Basic Latin (along with the multilingual and supplements) font of the revamped Heathcliff Helvetica.
This is a clone of Heathcliff HelveticaInspired by the grotesque typefaces of the late 19th century to mid 20th century.
Inspired also partially by the 1962-1977 Sainsbury's (a supermarket in the UK founded in 1869) product container designs
This typeface's name comes from the Latin name for the city of Berlin in Germany, Berolini.
The bold slab version of Neue Haas Grootesk.
This is a clone of Neue Haas Grootesk BoldThis may look nothing like Helvetica to the average viewer's eye, but still I tried to maintain the same proportions (e.g. x-height), spacing and other details.

Edit: All my unclonable fonts are now clonable due to me moving accounts
Sansyt was originally a full on 'Helvetica' but I couldn't seem to get the diagonals right. Don't complain like "What about 4? or 7? Or the slashes?"
