This is a clone of STF_9-SEGMENT LCD (ROUND)The RomByte font when displayed on a matrix display in real life.
Comes with the feature that when you look far away / when the font is small, you don't notice the small gaps. However, when you up look closely, you can spot the tiny gaps between the pixels.
Can be used as a grey-colored version of RomByte if displayed correctly.
This is a clone of RomByteWithout doubt, this typeface is re-created from the NES release of "Pac-Man Championship Edition", and the game was officially published in 2020 as a Japanese release. Rumor has it that the game used to be a fan game as well, but for my part, this isn't the point.
The small letters "i" and "j" have been adjusted, so that they will look more accurate in terms of typeface design.
By the way, the design of the small letter "g" has been adjusted as well, because it's not until today that I could obtain the "Eat all fruit targets" achievement in this game, and that I could see the real appearance of the small letter "g" (see the below comment I have just posted). Sorry for the inconvenience caused by this!
Inspired by radios' displays.
