Uncounted iteration with purpose-built segmented font, this time 14-segments with quasi-fixed width. All glyphs are same wide, but space and colon are half of it and dot, coma and apostrophe have no width.

I put this together in just a couple hours, for a game project I haven't even started making yet. The capitals and some punctuation are loosely based on a 14 segment display.

The dollar sign is replaced with "Voss", a currency that will appear in my game.

Attempt to render the Cyrillic alphabet using the 14-segment LCD screen. Really highlights how impractical the 14-seg is for Cyrillic text. All letters I couldn't "solve" are rendered as all-on.
