Designed by the starting point squishy. Inspired by diffrent type of squishy materials, like aloe gel and clay. It was my first time to create a digital font. Eventhough it was quite hard for me to control the tool on pv as same as control a pencil on a piece of paper at the very beginning. However after i decided to sketch out the clay model I started get on track. What i have to say is i was quite saitisfied after I made it. I know there's still a lot of mistake hope to get more comments then i could make it up.
This Typeface is based around the idea of an Abstracted version of lace. This block letter is Transcribing the idea of lace normally being quite dainty and delicate, and this type is more obscured and bold.
This typeface is inspired by the novel Herzog - in which a man with an unstable mind, who writes letters to ghosts, writes in the most delicate and held together handwriting. I want to show the idea of an unstable mind through this font, seemingly controlled and held together, but inside, something isn't stable.
This is a cloneUndertale Font!
I don't know why the little grey bits aren't showing up when I'm actually in the font viewer, but I promise that they're there.
**Update! Sorry that this font has been private for so long. The font actually glitched out and all of the black bricks got replaced by grey bricks, and I had to remake each letter. I also added extended Latin & Accents.
Mandeljot is the idea of simplicity. What you are looking for is deeper, it doesn’t just appear upon the surface. The font being based upon a basic San Serif type only enhances the real fluidity of the fractal. There’s a series of repetition within the letters, at a glance it is hard to understand want the font is trying to portray or connected to. Nature, diversity, humanity or even practicality. The ability to glare and focus on the question of the font is the importance, it’s elegant yet so real. With flourishes being created through shading. The form of it being fractals makes it look delicate. It’s meant to represent something within everyday life that is “Beautiful, damn hard, useful’ design. Mandelbrot should be used within Nature/Technology/Sound/Structures/Art/Law.
This is a clone of MandeljotThe theme of this font is thunderous. Thunder is the sound that lightning makes; therefore, thunder does not happen without lightning. I combined these two together, focusing on ideas such as sounds waves, sharp/smooth lines, size of my letters (big and small), and fleetingness as thunder comes and goes. I want it to have a lot of variety as you never know what to expect from thunder.
Just testing an idea. So far it has given me 2 eye aches ;) and has worn down the Fonstruct eraser to a small chunk. I'll add some more glyphs when Meek has put a big jar of new erasers into the Fontstructor :D WIP
Dehumanised is a typeface drawn forth from the deepest parts of a mind challenged by illness and intrusive thoughts. It hopes to create an avenue of expression through its bold, sans-serif design combined with a strong theme of slashing and debris. It was informed by the illustrative manifestation of anxious, angry thoughts cutting through simple day to day life and new ways to combine different versions of destruction into a dystopic yet coherent typeface.
