XPRSWY is a font inspired by temporary detour signage ... with some quirks thrown in here and there.

A simple Dot Matrix type font with a few little twists. Compactness intentional.

A typeface inspired by old-school bitmap fonts, using different weights of dots for an 'anti-aliasing' effect.

A monospaced font (almost!) for an iPhone game my friend is making. Tried to mix the dot matrix look with an art deco style and still maintain readability.

This is a condensed version of the Dot Matrix LCD Font used on the Ricoh Aficio AP3800C, Aficio AP3200 and AP306D printers, among others.
I have also added some letters myself, and some extra symbols used on these printers.
It doesn't contain the copyright, registered trademark or trademark symbols.
Since this is a condensed font, not all characters are the same width.
This font looks somewhat like the Lucid font, but the lowercase letters are different:

Based on output from one of Digital Equipment Corp's printing terminals -- possibly the DECPrinter III? Letterforms for single and double curly quotes, low line, grave accent, vertical line and tilde are speculative. (Note: Real Programmers don't need descenders.)

This is a font styled after good ol' Dot Matrix printer fonts from way back in the early days of computing. Want a retro computer feel to a document? This should help.

An italic dot matrix font, using just one shape on a 13 high grid. (Based originally on Arno Italic)

For all the folks out there who got their start in computerised typesetting... here's a font to mimic the unique, trend-setting bitmap typeface used by a certain manufacturer of dot-matrix printers. (Actually, it's a blend of several of their printers.) If anyone can provide samples of print to fill in the remaining characters, I'll gladly add 'em in!

More fun with vintage technology (a.k.a. Lite-Brite).
This version has complete upper case, lower case, and numerals, plus basic punctuation.

This one is based on the terminal font on Kevin Flynn's desktop computer. It's mostly monospaced, but some glyphs are narrow

Clone of NCD Dot Matrix.
The thinnest and most difficult to read. Recommend it be used at a large point size.
There are also Light, Regular, Bold & Black versions. This is a clone of NCD Dot Matrix

Clone of NCD Amoeba.
Probably the most usable of the five Amoeba Family Fonts. I've already used it on three projects so far.
I wanted a true (ish) slanted A. So I balanced the rest of the NCD Amoeba font to fit. It's more of an extended version of NCD Amoeba. This is a clone of NCD Amoeba

Based on NCD Amoeba, but using a quarter less grid space. This is also a slightly wider version. There are also more combinations of nearby dots.
NCD Ameoba is based on the molecular separation of two biological cells, around a dot matrix format.
For simple unicellular organisms such as the amoeba, one cell division is equivalent to reproduction - an entire new organism is created!
