A font formed out of Truchet Tiles.
Truchet tiles are formed by taking a single tile composed of opposing quarter circles, then applying its inverse in a random fashion. Here, I've inverted the tiles to create outlines, then developed the negative aspects of the letters, thus creating a reversal of a reversal of a reversal! Boom! Now you're in the third dream level of Inception.
This is a cloneOriginally intended to be a reversal of my Blokula font. Ended up looking more like swimming pool tiles with recessed text.
Uppercase contains variable widths, lowercase is monospaced to facilitate vertical typing.
This is a cloneThemysciran. Home of Amazonian Princess Diana, aka Wonder Woman. Of course it’s the opening day of the movie about her origin story. Gal Gadot makes the worthiest successor to the TV version with Lynda Carter since 1979. This font is based off of the Wonder Woman logo from DC Comics.
Heart filled letters with alternating half hearts for f, i, j, l, t. The double-L letters in Hello on the sample uses the alternating uppercase and lowercase l to draw a full heart.
This is a cloneClone of Bland Serif, which resembled a serif version of thalamic's tm Self Control. Originally created in October 28, 2008 with Fontstruct 1.0, this one was updated with the nudge feature to smooth out hardened vectors.
This is a clone of Bland SerifFun with Fractal Patterns 5 from Frodo.
This is a tribute reworking of an experimental design of Rod Cavazos of PsyOps Type foundry. His Spanner font design from 1995 has always been a favorite of mine with its unexpected curves and serifs, making it similar to a Picasso portrait with letters. This fonstructivized version was a test to see if it would be possible to make an accurate reproduction. The answer was 'sort of.'
A way to create thin lines in a small grid. Needs further development ;-) For architaraz
In 1981, Konami introduced the worlds first side scrolling shooter video game, called Scramble. This game took many quarters from me as it was a regular stop walking home from school to play. It had forced scrolling from right to left with a fighter jet infiltrating harsh terrain and enemy bases. In 1987, the company Irem produced R-Type - a side scroller with heavy graphics that was like Scramble on Steroids. The fighter crafts had different weapon capabilities that could be upgraded. Originally, the "R" series of spacecrafts stood for "Ray," like ray gun. RayType Alpha represents a time in between Scramble and R-Type, with RayType Alpha representing the first alpha version of the series. In my game, each letter becomes a chamber in the enemy's giant spacecraft environment. The spaceship must fly through each chamber, shooting down turrets and projectiles, while collecting powerups dispersed on specific locations of only certain letters. Like StepWyze, This is also an actual game (proof of concept only) that is unfinished, but I will post a link as soon as I have enough playable elements coded in. This font is heavily packed, maximizing the GameComp-required 48 grid spaces. 12.02.14 Game Uploaded!
