This typeface has been created based on the theme 'Vibration'. I tried out a wide range of experimentation when it came to producing hand rendered work, as I felt I needed to work out what would best capture the general sense of the word. I tried using inks on elastic bands, attaching pens to a playstation controller and drawing, photographing food colouring over a speaker; all sorts. Finally, I decided I needed something which really reflected the word clearly. I looked at the white noise and the trails that you get on the television, and applied this feel to a sans serif font I had made based on Georgia (minus the Serifs) One of the most time comsuming things I've ever done, hope its been worth it. Any comments welcome.

very well done and effective. great technique which successfully accomplishes that which you set out to do. you can almost feel the distortion and sound. amazing work.

Thanks very much for the feedback :)
I wasnt sure if it needed to have even more distortion and pulling apart, or if its enough as it is?

I think it's fine as it is. Your font achieves the equilibrium between distortion and legibility, and the sound wave effect really appeals to me. Thumbs-up! :D

Wow, this is great! How did you do this?!

Thankyou!
Had to make the base font first, then pulled sections of about two lines in different directions, and then did this again with about 4 lines. Then had to do the time consuming bit which was to add on the various sized blocks as the 'trails' in a gradient style. :)

This is amazing! Just that that K is a bit odd. Other than that, great! Good effort.
