It doesn´t fit perfectly but here´s the uppercase.
(I had to do it twice. As I wanted to save I suddenly had to sign in again...whole uppercase was gone.)
I guess I´ll make the uppercase fit better step by step.

very loose and loopy. i thought the lc was good as is and your addition of the uc successfully continues that style for a truly unique dot font.
