Something I came up with a few years back on paper; I think this would be called an Abjad. There are vowels to go with this, but I haven't yet worked out how to incorporate them if it's possible with this website.

For use on QWERTY keyboards.
Hebrew Script with Tiberian Notation
0-9 and \ are the vowels
you'll find that A is Aleph, and S is Samek. The other consonants follow the same logic.
When you type in this, type the consonant first, then a vowel, then use the left arrow key to move to the next place over to the left.
You should set the keyboard to capslock before typing.
Final characters and the double Yod found in Yiddish are the lower-case forms of their respective letters.
Should I add punctuation and numbers? Am I missing anything else?
Feel free to comment, I'm sure it could stand some improvement.

An Abjad for typing in English...
1. consonants are normal
2. 8 - is a doubler like the little tsu in Japanese, but at the end of the sentence, it acts like an exclamation point
3. 1 - begins a sentence
4. 0 - ends a sentence
5. spacebar makes a space inside a sentence, _ makes a space between sentences
6. lowercase vowels place themselves under the last consonant
7. uppercase vowels are used when there is already a vowel attached to the previous consonant
