This is my take on a modern version of a medieval black letter kind of typeface.

What does everyone think?
Can you think of any good uses or see any letter forms that could use work?

Nice! Would the diamond shape of the O fit in the H and A ??
Comment by Aeolien 6th april 2015
Maybe in the H, I did try a version with all the bars as diamonds in the font this is cloned from. However it was less readable than it already is.

Here are 2 versions
Comment by TheSuperOG 7th april 2015
The vertical diamond for the H, the horizontal diamond for the A (it would match the slant of the double lines of the A) ?
Comment by Aeolien 8th april 2015
I like the H samples and agree with Aeolien about the H and A.

Is the letter spacing a wee bit wide? I took a clone and reduced it to 0.0 and it looked better to my eyes.

I rather like this. I would make the tail of g a bit wider—move it over a bit on the top left, and a bit on the right. I would also make the tops of 3, Z, and 7 like 2, and move the right side of k down, like x.

The letter spacing is definitely better at 0.0, thanks.
The 3, Z, 7, and 2 have different tops because they aren't the same. For the Z, 3, and 7 they are the same, because I like fonts where they have horizontal strokes, instead of curved down or otherwise. The 2 doesn't have a horizontal stroke at the top (since it would be confused with a Z)

glad you like it

One minor detail you may want to change, the G looks a lot like a C. I typed "Glitch" and it looked like "Clitch" so you might want to change that

I gave it a little crossbar, I do think it's more legible, thanks
