Found this on CSDB.dk.  It's called "Dorm" by a guy from Norway known as Nuckhead of the Backbone society.  Caps only with a few punctuation marks.  You can make a cool effect starting with pipe (|), several equals (=) and finishing with at (@).  No numerals yet but I'll come back and add those, plus I want to do a sans version without the shadow-lines.
I've found a few other demo-scene typefaces that I wouldn't mind Fonstructifying.

The original screen grab

@Omegaville - Very nice!  Only a few comments, and they might part of the original design: (1) The shadow of the F touches the baseline, and (2) I assume that the top left of the shadows start from a common horizontal point, but this gives a slight inconsistent look: it follows naturally for curved letters (A, C, E, etc.) but is jarring for B, D, H, etc.

Thanks @Goatmeal!  I see what you mean about the shadow 'startpoints', yeah it was how the originals were designed.  Hence I'm going to do a sans version and delete the shadows.  I've fixed the F, thanks for the tip.

One thing I didn't mention, I didn't like the G and S in the original, so I came up with my own versions in the lower case set.
