Unicase font with lowercase zone used for alternates. You can take these additional glyphs to enhance matching letter pairs or the overall look of the design. Old style flavor and Cyrillic inspiration, but eroded. BTW, you will also find a free "c" in the "¢" glyph. See at big size and enjoy with it, please.

@elmoyenique - Beautifully subtle erosion on this design.  Congratulations!  :^)

Comment by Goatmeal 13th may 2022

I can't think of a clever comment about erosion here, but the font looks super nice.

Comment by Bryndan W. Meyerholt (BWM) 13th may 2022

@Goatmeal: Thaks a lot, compañero! Yes, I wanted the eroding to look very subtle.

Comment by elmoyenique 13th may 2022

@BWM: Thank you! I know there are easier ways to add eroding to any text or font (using PhotoShop, Affinity Photo, or other similar programs), but I was interested in testing what this way would look like in FS.

Great look! Love the subtle rounded corners. Fun Finnish words in the first sample.

Comment by V. Sarela (Yautja) 13th may 2022

@Yautja: Thank you for your appreciative and kind comment, compa! Rounded corners were not a first choice, but I am very glad I chose them. About the Finnish words, I found them by searching for pangrams, and it seemed very suitable for showing how a font works with unusual languages in FS.

What a great font - as always. All distortions of letters look natural, as if it really is an old inscription, for example, from the Soviet era. And the abbreviation of descenders, and the shape of the letters, which is easy to do with a ruler, this form of y - all this really fits here. But I am again critical.
Such an M cannot be recognized in Russian correctly in any way, it is more likely to be read as a Т. I also noticed that you make the top cover of Б short - I don’t think this is correct in this font, where all letters tend to a rectangle.
And as an alternative, you could add descenders for Д Ц Щ (uc) and hide the remote Q inside (make it straight vertical, lc)

Comment by Dmitriy Sychiov (Sychoff) 13th may 2022

Well, the Bulgarian language writes the lowercase te like a latin lowercase m, even in roman glyphs

Comment by Bryndan W. Meyerholt (BWM) 13th may 2022

@Dmitriy Sychiov: You're right. It's a great fortune to have someone here who explains and analyzes our attempts with the Cyrillic alphabet so well to laymen like me. Thank you very much for your always selfless help once again. Б and M fixed. Descenders in the oven.

Cool. But I thought you'd leave variations without descenders too.

@Dmitriy Sychiov: Finally, I'm with you. Dedicated to you these last changes, pal.

Hello, I like this font a lot. Tried to find one, but seems there is no "uneroded" version of this font around. Or, maybe I missed something?

Comment by Peter (Petruuccio) Fri, 29th december

@Peter (Petruuccio): Although not the same, here is a very similar (non-eroded) font Volle Buisjes

Comment by Sed4tives Fri, 29th december

@Sed4tives: Thank you for tip, I like that one too, but this has for me optimal ratio between line thickness and rounded corners, plus the some glyphs form I do prefer (like closed 4 for example). Since its open, I meanwhile halfway prepared me my own slightly modified healed clone. I just cant decide yet, whether to repair the cyrilic glyphs too, or to remove them. Is there a command to erase whole set of glyphs?

Comment by Peter (Petruuccio) Fri, 29th december

@Peter: No sadly there is not a one click solution to erase all glyphs. Can't wait to see your "cured" version. Happy structing.

Comment by Sed4tives Fri, 29th december

@Sed4tives: Thank you for your words. I finished the "healing". If you are still interested, its is here, I would like to see opinion of somebody with so much more font experiences than me.
