This is a supplement to my Tengwar font Elrond. The light blue glyphs are only for demonstration: showing the proper placement of diacritical marks.

I wonder what program you used to generate the keyboard layout in the sample?

@BWM: Well, I couldn't find suitable software for the keyboard layout. It was put together with Photoshop. The basic layout was two screenshots of the on-screen keyboard of Windows 10 (English US Keyboard). The Tengwar glyphs were added one by one and meticulously positioned on the keys.
