@regular_one: Yeap, it would make more sense that way, but I'll leave it like this, I don't think it's a big deal ;)
P.S. Is "Per Mille (‰)" sign available at fontstructor?
1. Enable Expert Mode (left of HELP button).
2. Enable Unicode Letter Sets: Menu > Advanced > Unicode Letter Sets
3. Change the Active Character Set at the bottom left to GENERAL PUNCTUATION. Scroll/arrow up quite a ways to get to it. It's near the top of the list.
4. Once GENERAL PUNCTUATION is selected, scroll the character set to the right. The "per mille" (‰) character is Unicode # 2030.
Using the Unicode set, you can make a complete Windows-1257 / CP-1252 font with FontStruct.
Goatmeal, thanks for the useful information, already added ‰.
Congrats for the TP!
This just came up under my welcome screen. I had missed it when it was published, sorry architaraz. I think it belongs in the 1960s maybe1970s set, and also into Art Nouveau. Very attractive.
