I have to convert all of my pics and avatars to GIFs to get them to display properly here at FontStruct, so I use an easy-to-use freeware program called "UnFREEze 2.1" from WhitSoft Development to make my animated GIFs.

Just drag-and-drop the GIFs, set your delay, generate the file and upload it as your FS Avatar.

P.S. I know FS will scale your avatar to 50x50 pixels, but I try to make 50x50 the default size of all of my avatar animation frames. That may or may not have something to do why your's aren't moving.
