Caps only font. You can use the glyphs placed at the lowercase to add a different second letter in pairs like EE, FF, LL, NN, OO, SS, TT, ZZ, etc. and to avoid graphic repetitions in a single word or phrase. Extra "c" at the "¢" glyph. (NB: To create this one I have greatly exaggerated the method used by my admired Beate -sorry, Maestra- in her font db Whisper, which successfully simulated hand-drawn letters.)

@tortoiseshell: Thanks for your always kind comments, they are like precious rain for me. Yeah, it's a way of telling myself that I don't always have to go looking for perfectly fitting fonts. Sometimes you can let your hair down and let the wind blow it... Glad you like it.

Comment by Rob Meek (meek) 30th march 2022

@meek: Thanks a million, dear Boss! I'm truly honored to receive this much appreciated special mention from FS. It's a spur for me and my future works, you know it has that effect. Thanks again.

I started this font almost 12 years ago. I made a few characters out of it, just the necessary ones that I used in the logo for a potter friend's pretty shop called "Keramike" and a few more. Now it's finally finished, although my friend Kuky's store unfortunately had to close its doors shortly before the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Nice and rugged san serif. The small incisions lend the letters an eroded look. Twelve years of fighting the elements have taken its toll. : ) 10/10.

@Frodo7: Your kind words are like april rain to me, Maestro. Thank you very much from the ❤️, you know that.

Love how the edges of these glyphs are decaying without losing their rock-solid shapes.

Comment by four 6th april 2022

@four: Thanks, compa! I was actually trying to get the look of slightly worn solid letters but not lose their weighty feel. It was quite a fun task. ?

Comment by elmoyenique 6th april 2022

This is crazy cool, effective in its simplicity and very convincing looking wear and tear!

Well executed elmroyenique 10/10

This was the font that I was preparing this year to celebrate the XIV birthday of FS. For various reasons that are irrelevant, it was published a few days before and did not coincide with the celebration. Now I do, for everyone. Happy 14 years, dear! Long live FS! (Sorry, Rob)

(PS: BTW, inverted A stands "For All" in math.)

I really like this font, can I please use it in a video?

Comment by Jaydenlikesfonts 24th may 2022

I will just credit by putting link of the font

Comment by Jaydenlikesfonts 24th may 2022

@Jaydenlikesfonts: No problem, if it's for non commercial use. The name of the font and its author (me) should appear. Please, I would appreciate if you could post a picture here when you use it.

Comment by elmoyenique 24th may 2022

I will show the link of where I got the font, then I will tell that is was used by fontstruct...The video will be on youtube...I will show the link of the video when I publish it...Thanks

Comment by Jaydenlikesfonts 24th may 2022

Instant classic. 10/10 Love the hand drawn effect, very rough and natural. One thing I noticed is the : and ; the dots are spaced differently. Was this intentional?

Comment by Noah F. Ross (winty5) 30th may 2022

@winty5: Thank you, Noah! It was fun to deconstruct the glyphs and not leave them as polished as some of my other fonts. And answering your question, yes, the difference between ":" and ";" it's intentional, a design choice (wrong or right).

How did it look back in 2010?

What does eYe/fs mean?

Comment by Nathan Douglas (Yellow Candy 8432) 10th may 2023

10/10. Anyone who disagrees is wrong.

Comment by Nathan Douglas (Yellow Candy 8432) 10th may 2023

@Yellow Candy 8432: A "signutare," usually in the beginning or end of a font name to dignify an author's abbreviated name (in some cases, a glyph will also be added in a similar fashion).

Comment by Tweety The Bird (bingula) 10th may 2023

@Yellow Candy 8432: @Bingula Designs is right, it's a signature. Btw, eYe are the initial, middle and last letters of my nickname and FS is for FontStruct, which together means something like "elmoyenique did it with FontStruct". Thanks for your interest and the votes.

Comment by elmoyenique 10th may 2023

Some font foundires put their signature glyphs in unencoded slots (those that do not correspond to any Unicode codepoint), or in some cases, the .notdef

Comment by Bryndan W. Meyerholt (BWM) 10th may 2023

I'd love to see lowercase if you can do it!
