Delicate, elegant, with a sort of peace energy, i would very well this used in some Zen Treatise. Excellent choice of colors in your sample reinforcing this sensation, you could have had some wiseness phrase to make us think in our corrupted lives.

Almost a week ago I wrote a comment at NCD Bezica 10 about the new crop of fontstructions approximating Bezier curves, and the possible future of FS if we use the new 2.0 features for other good purposes. It was something like Feather on my mind. Great work: simple and elegant. 10/10

thanks, upixel; and afrojet for the TP :) @ frodo, thanks for the kind remarks regarding Feather. i second (or third) your concerns as expressed in your original comment. if it wasn't for the tremendous and always surprising talent exhibited here at Fontstruct, I might be worried. but these new tools and resultant bricks will only add to the incredible arsenal that we use to do our thing. and i would never ever begrudge another FSer the right to do whatever they wanted to do, however, and as many times as they like - so long as it's legal :) well, er...

Just a little remark : i think that your Lowcase g and z are too much similar, i'm sure you've already tried other solutions, but still...

thanks neurone, for the suggestion, which also led to a few more changes :)

Maybe this new z is a bit too punchy, perturbating a bit the zen feeling of the font : Cruel dilemma ! the old z fitted perfectly with the spirit but was too confusing, this is no more confusing the spirit has a bit gone, i really would'nt like to be at your place with these cornelian choices. Anyway, don't do what i feel if you don't feel it, you and you only knows what is good for your font

This kind of fonts make me feel so old, saying in my head words like: "...This curve, this curve -cof, cof, huf-, the height of the "t", the width of the "@" -cof, cof, cof-..." Sorry, it's just a joke. When I find fonts like this is when I understand why I like to be with all you in FS.

lol, elmoyenique. yes, many times they start out simple, then the next thing you know, neurone error is giving suggestions :) @neurone - so i went back to the original z for the most part. i raised the left descender, which was probably the initial problem. raising it makes it less like the g and still keeps the harmony :) but i kept the others as alternates for now.

Good job FK, this is exactly what i dreamt of ! You found exactly what was resonating in me. Slowly this font becomes a new milestone of you, a masterpiece, and above all, something really unique even in your own work.

thanks for your encouragement. i probably would have left it at the lc, but something motivated me. and your input helped complete it. it's funny how we help each other here. sometimes offering the slightest remark (in a friendly way of course :) makes the world of difference with a font. i see it so often. this community thing is so important to FS. oh sure, you can work in a vacuum; but it is always good to get response from other designers from their various aesthetics to inform, accept, or reject. but it works both ways and helps both the designer receiving and giving advice. whether used or not, it can be a channel for improvement - and that's what i always want - to deliver the best product :)
