Lastfunk Street is my last color font that I wasn't an FS Patron. It contains only English and Russian. Its letters are shapes that are roads.

If you can make colored fonts, then can you make a unicode font with emojis?

That would require too many distinct colors. Also, a lot of emoji requre GSUB since they are ZWJ sequences.
