The upper case is really more of a unicase, huh? Which I like!

No matter how much I want to cheer on the e, I cannot. Yet I see why you had to go that route at this x-height. So I could not resist playing around with a one brick taller x-height. And then I was egged on by those stray ball terminals and the friendly, handwritten quality you seem to always wring out of minimal grids...
