This clone of "Draconian" by AeroQC, but fixed to include "x", diphthongs, and non-canon numbers, and also added the "k" rune to minuscule "c". Diphthongs are mapped to numbers 1-9, and number runes are mapped to CAPITAL LETTERS Q, W, E, R, T, Y, U, I, O, P, and C.
