Based upon a De Stijl design by Theo van Doesburg (1883–1931) from 1919. This typeface seems to use a 5×5 pixel grid at first look, but letters ‘B’, ‘D’ and ‘V’ require 10×10 pixels. Doesburg made some choices that you don’t find in modern pixel fonts. Only uppercase characters and digits, some variants at lowercase letter positions. Please note that this has been fontstructed before, but in slightly different ways:
