I don't know your precise sources (fontstruction pages / comments), 'new Groszak'… but:
• Yes, these capitals look familiar to me, and might fit my US-ASCII [I'm afraid it's still the most legible and complete we (will) have, thanks to its design… OK, TIP OF THE DAY: try semi-bold in strict 3x3, if you want to mimic my 3x3 solutions];
• Yes again, I see a few lowercase candidates of mine, from my signature/pixel art I assume… [a wrong track from your sample, then/though, if you were to think it could help you reverse-ingeneer my script (a type of thousands of duly US-ASCII very-low res, still to be released… I do believe in Santa Claus!]
