YEEEEEESSSSS!!! This solid version adds SO much flexibility and really makes the outline come to life… as evidenced in your sample. 10/10

But why “NO” and “NYET”? Self-loathing? False modesty… or am I missing some deeper concept?
Comment by fugitiveglue 8th march 2013
Ha! No it's not false modesty. There were two reasons why I chose NO and NYET.

1. Some of the glyphs are OK but some are not. Overall, there's some discrepency in the look of them. Which is why they don't really work as a set. Hence, no.

2. Strangly, NO and NYET uses letters that do work well out of these glyphs. Ha!

I will try and update the glyphs over the weekend. I shared at this stage because I got frustrated with trying to fit bricks where they didn't want to go. I was hoping that the generaly helpful fs community would have ideas to help finess out the problems.

@thalamic: For most of us, your ebullient style trumps the technical flaws of the design.

Yes, the inconsistencies are noticeable from an objective perspective...

Yet the solution to [a strictly linear design resisting refinement without sacrificing intersections] remains the same as always:

Increase the resolution by a suitable factor. Working within a 1.5x larger matrix should give you the leeway to correct the contrast issues to an acceptable degree.

Carry on. 10/10

1) Things just got better. Actually, I don't even notice any flaws. (It seems I am not looking close enough?? Well the design is great :) )
2) @fugitiveglue Actually, no, nyet, and iie (Japanese)
