He did better job, him W and some other letters it's more leggible.
I won't say it's better, they are different, yours is very square and I like this
the B and R there something missing in the shadow
another one...same approach but other aspect

It looks like my first font "enchan".
But this is different in some aspects.
This one is very square. that may be the reason 'M' and 'N' are little bit difficult to read.
May be the 'W' can be improved.
