Foxtrot Sierra is an attempt to create a font from the International Maritime Signal Flags system. The system really relies on color for differentiation so if you want to use them seriously, you'll need to head over to Google or Wikipedia and look up the proper colors. Then colorize them with the software of your choice. Also note the numbers should be pennant shaped, but that proved to be very difficult with Fontstruct. So I improvised. I've included a key in the lower case. (For the numbers, you should be able to type shift + {number} to get the key.)

Here's a sample setting. I colorized the top row in Illustrator using reference from Wikipedia.

I really like this font. Especially because I had a go myself at this a long time ago:

So I know how hard it is to make the flags with only two colours and still make them look right.

You did it a lot better than me, especially the F, M and V. 10/10.

I didn't see your design until just now. Nice work... especially the number flags.

It really is much tougher than you would think to execute these in Fontstruct. I had to work some of them out on graph paper first.

The "L" flag should be flipped to make it distinguishable with the "U" flag
