This font is inspired by Greek keys and Mitsuin-tai (密印体).
A multiple of 7 pixel size is recommended.

You're right, it looks a lot like it. I didn't know that.
More specifically, Raimon (a Chinese lucky motif that geometrically deforms thunderclouds) is the inspiration.
