This should be totally accurate to the font used for W.D. Gaster in Deltarune, glowing effect aside.

(For those who don't know, it's all but confirmed that the voice that speaks to you in the Deltarune Chapter 1 opening cutscene is Gaster. There's way too much evidence supporting it for it to not be the case.)
