I had to guess at 400x350 for this one's resolution with some calculations:
Assume the width of 640 is at 96dpi. (The height of Windows 3.0MME's 120DPI fonts is the same as the corresponding sizes in EGA, which is why I based this version off of EGA.)
640 / 96 = 6.66666666666666666
that * 60 = 400
Pixel aspect ratio of...
640/400 = 1.6
1.6 * 0.73 (EGA's pixel width relative to px height of 1) = 1.168
1.168:1.
