Yes, more likely to be used for a short text, in a general manner. It's a nice blackletter that reminds me of "an old story by sorbilicious" lately. Interesting "/" ("7" alike) and large (more usable) set of characters, where "0" could be disambiguated (v.s. "O" as always).

Yes I certainly wouldn't recommend using it in any long piece of writing, more useful for logos and stuff (Maybe the name of a newspaper or something).
