This is good. A few characters like N and Z look a little too heavy in relation to the rest.

Nice font. To second aphoria's suggestion (I agree), a simple solution would be to follow your optional 'split rule': you could divide "N" vertically, right after the vertical bar on the left (before doing the same with "Z", just belox the top bar). I enjoyed the curves (that contrast with e.g. "W").
