Elae (Ayl-ah-ay) is a test font for a commission for a friend. It was easier to play with the shapes and finalize them a little on fontstruct before I switched to Illustrator and FontLab. It lacks a lot of characters as the commission only called for basics. The vowels are set up to function as diacritics with the capital vowels being used for standalone, initial, and multiple vowel sequences. i.e.; font = font, rogue = rogUe, edict = Edict, acoustic = AcOustic. Sample text looks best at pixel. New characters may be added by request.

very, very cool.
this actually looks like something out of Blade Runner 2049. Any chance you'll add numbers, capital letters, & more punctuation?
Have you considered adding a mark over doubled letters instead of just displaying the letter twice? It would look a lot better IMO, although I do love the look of the script otherwise. I played around with modifying it myself using Arabic as a basis. the letter "گ" is a g. "gg" is "گّ". The w shape above the letter is called a "shaddah", & doubles the letter it's above. Capital letters (consonants) would allow you to make an alternate version of the final letter to make the script more stylish. Like "ف" instead of "فـ" (f).
