My first font. I use two or so shapes for the letters and tried to make uniform symbols.

I love it, minus the space bar.

Is the space bar really that bad?
Comment by Nementor 23rd january 2015
spaces are supposed to be, you know, empty; it's called space for a reason.
Comment by minidonut 24th january 2015
not all spaces are empty. they are just supposed to symbolize the start and end of a word. some languages use lines as spaces.

Okay, so what you are claiming is this:-Hey-!-how-are-you-?
Yay for grammar !

Much better Nementor, I just felt that the squarish nature of the old space bar didn't fit in with the rest of the theme. Excellent job. I don't think space NEEDS to be empty, I just thought the old one didn't fit. 5/5 stars.

No j4s13 I am not claiming. Just because something is not part of the English grammar kit; it does not mean it is wrong. Do you forget that English is the hardest language in the world? dashes instead of spaces allow for a definitive word break instead of someone staring at a piece of paper trying to figure out where one word ends and the other begins. Languages like arabic dont need dashes or any other marks like that because words are mostly one uniform "line or shape" but a lot of English is hard to read because of a lack of a symbolized "space". I do hope you understand now.

Come on guys, yes, empty space is traditional, but if we followed tradition, we wouldn't have most of FontStrct, now would we?
