Just trying a new style of drawing. This is my second attempt at making a fontstruction... Finally finished it, took several days. I might add extra letters(such as accents etc.) but for now I'm just going to sit back and be happy. Enjoy!

This is looking good. Cap M,N sophisticated. The l/c is even crazier. Like it.

About the eight: doesn't it give you a glow when a glyph you've been struggling with suddenly decides to behave. Like the 4. This is fun. Watch out, here comes the ampersand...
Comment by intaglio 8th october 2008
Oh definitely.
And yes... The ampersand ~Shudders~ I'm worried about the at sign as well... I'll pull through.

Congratulations, you got there! {, }, ? also very nice.

Now start setting stuff in it. You'll soon discover the glyphs that irk. At the risk of cracking the whip I'd suggest this font is an ideal contender for alternate glyphs, using the extended character sets. And the ligatures fi and fl are a way of getting a little extra variety, too.

Fontstruct is exhausting fun, isn't it?! See, there's an interrobang, right there. Ideal for DeadScript.

Great ideas, an interrobang; I'll remember that one. Yeah, pretty soon I'm going to start making glyphs for characters in the extended latin sets, and maybe even some of the non-latin character sets. Thanks for the support; it's been a real help.
