First of all, try signing in with the email you used when registering, rather than your username. If you’re not sure which email you used, try searching your inbox for the email you received when you signed up for FontStruct.

If you think you have the right email but you still can’t sign in, try resetting your password.

If you haven’t created any FontStructions with your account yet, another option is simply to create a new account.

If that doesn’t work either, get in touch using the contact page providing us with your name, country of residence, email and your username. We’ll do our best to help.
