Faq : What is “brick stacking”?

“Brick stacking” is a the process of placing multiple bricks in the same grid space, thus creating new shapes from existing ones.

Brick stacking was discovered by the FontStructor “williaum” AKA will.i.ૐ who first discovered a bug that made this esoteric technique possible, and pioneered its use.

The technique is now officially supported and documented in the FontStruct help pages.
