A highly serifed font with plenty of extra extensions of lines. Alternate letters are in lower-case. Currently done Latin, most of extended Latin, basic Greek, and basic Cyrillic. Working on extended Greek, Coptic, and Cyrillic.

Some good ideas here. I think i agree with Yautja about that Q.
The V looks a bit lost ... one way to fool the eye into thinking it is the same height as the other letters is to lengthen it a bit so that it comes just below the base line. (The same can apply to most angled glyphs ... A, W etc).
Just noticed I should've said descender... Anyway, the Q's tail could be better in the center, without going inside the circle. Also, the diagonal bar on Z could be in the middle, same with 2.
Thank you Yautja and p2pnut for the advice. I put in the two versions of the Q you suggested and changed the V (and the delta and lambda which had the same problem)
