• Why copy Tamsyn?
Tamsyn is not available as TTF (TrueType font) in the original distribution. Now it is.
• Why is it licensed under CC BY-NC-ND?
Because I want the font to stay as close to the original distribution as possible. If you want to do anything that is outside of the CC BY-NC-ND license just go and grab the original font.
• Attribution according to the license:
CC BY-NC-ND requires you to include credits. If you choose to download and use this font in a public project please credit Scott Fial somewhere, possibly including a link to Tamsyn (http://www.fial.com/~scott/tamsyn-font/).

TamsynFS is a Fontstruct port of Scott Fial’s Tamsyn font. This one is based on Tamsyn7x12r.
