Replication of seven segment display as used in calculators and deigital clocks. Due to the limitations of the seven segment display, some characters such as "D" and "O" needed to be replicated so the same image represented different characters. Also, some letters such as "K", "M" and "W" could not be rendered, so manufacturers had to improvise. -
