Inspired from handcuffs. The idea is that each letter is a single cuff that links up to the next.

That's an unusual object to be inspired by! It's either kinky or illegal. Which ever way it is, it's working for me. I like it.
Although it looks more electronic circuit board. No doubt Funk-king will do a version.
You've got some fantastic lines, and it reads really well. Any plans on any other characters?
On closer inspection I'd make the 'w' a bit wider. Change the 'a' to the 'e', and redo the 'a'. Try typing 'eatery' it doesn't read too well. I'm giving this an 8/10 which will probs increase as you add to it. Keep it up.
