Recreation of the regular pixel font from HOT・B/Flying Edge's "Steel Empire" (1992) on the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis.
This font is used for intro animation, and on the end-of-level stats screen. The game also includes a custom compound character for "'s" (apostrophe followed by an "s") - this has not been recreated here as it lacks an appropriate unicode code point.
Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.

Hi do you know how to make or convert existing fonts into usable TTF or OTF font types? I want to use this for my upcoming game but its too much hassle for me to take them out. Hope you can help!
@PhilStructForFonts - These fonts are drawn pixel-by-pixel from samples like yours. It doesn't take too long. Based on your sample, it should take you about ~15–30 minutes. Importing the samples into a 'professional' font design program would be far more time consuming than simply recreating them using FontStruct...
@PhilStructForFonts - Also, click on the SEGA tag above; you might find that @Patrick H. Lauke (redux) has already recreated the one for which you're looking -- he's done an awful lot of them! ;^)
Can you make fonts for games like "Valis The Fantasm Soldier" "Valis III" "Super Valis IV" "Advanced Busterhawk Gleylancer" "Rocket Knight Adventures" "Sparkster Rocket Knight Adventures 2" & "Sparkster" for the SNES please?
