You seem to have bumps around the diagonals and curves... Maybe if you use 2x2 filters, those can be solved...
I don't know how to use 2x2 filters. How do they work?
It makes the size of the bricks, but not the grid, 2x2, allowing for more complex fonts...
Note: You can only select bricks based on 1x1 filters...
