A decorative insular display font.
This is still a work in progress. I'm pushing the new bricks, stacking and nudging to the limit to create some nice flowing shapes. This is also a great opportunity to get working with some good kerning. Once I have the basic character set, this is going to be submitted to Google Fonts for approval.

WoOoW! This is awesome!
It's fantastic but I have a little difficultity at reading these XD
What a beauty!!! PS: A hundred million years from my zeamróg. Thank you for this new old type.
And congrats on this super very well deserved TP.
@Christian Munk (CMunk) - Beautiful work here. Congratulations on the well-deserved Top Pick! :^)
Delightful, a master at work. I would tell you which letter I liked best but I can't pick one. They are all so good.
Hello, I found that this font is amazing,
but i have just one question, by which way had you found a way to free your font from the grid (for exemple with some blocks which are not only on one tile)
@Merylis - It appears that the spacing is set to 2x for the vertical and horizontal scale, and @CMunk references "nudging," introduced here:
Going Off Grid (Nudging Introduction)
@goatmeal i believe you meant "2x2 filters"...
@Se7enty-Se7en - Correct. I used the wrong phrasing; it's "filters," not "spacing".
Maybe I should try to create a Dropcap font...
if it's hard to read that's how you know it's a good insular font
dis is so sick dude!
this is so amazingly good. How did you come up with this?!
I tried to figure out the origin of this script. An old monastery in Ireland 8-9th century? Is it close? Masterpiece. 10/10
